General House Keeping

• General info forms and medical forms should be completed and submitted before any enrolment into lessons. Please ensure these are filled out accurately. If any information provided does change, please let Hayley know ASAP by either filling out another form (reusing the same link sent in your email) or send an email or WhatsApp to Hayley with your new information, as soon as possible, to help us keep your records up to date
• Swimmers under 12 years of age, must have their responsible adult (anyone over 21) in the building with them at all times, throughout their lessons and whilst changing. We cannot have children alone in the changing rooms
• Outdoor shoes must be removed before entering the pool space, or overshoes provided must be used.
• We do not have a lifeguard, all activities are undertaken at your own risk.
• Please only enter the pool building 10mins before the start time of your         lesson
• You have 10mins at the end of your lesson to change
• Consumption of food and drink is strictly forbidden inside the pool building. This will result is a fine!
• Smoking & Vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises
• While on the Gable Farm premises, please treat all swimmers, teachers,      parents and Gable staff with respect. We’re all here for the same reason, and all want a happy safe environment for everyone

Bookings

• Block lessons can only be cancelled with a MINIMUM of 2 weeks WRITTEN notice. Either via Email, or WhatsApp. No refund will be given for the remaining weeks left in the current block, or any payments that has come out before those 2 weeks. (The 2 weeks is time for us to give notice to GoCardless to cancel subscriptions and settle your account) We cannot accept or accommodate cancellations the day your next payment is due to go out! Your payment WILL still go out, and NO refund will be given. This will act as your 2 weeks notice, and therefore, you will lose 6 weeks of lessons.
• Lessons cannot be cancelled and expected to be refunded, without exceptional reason. 
• Lessons cannot be postponed or ‘swapped’
• In extreme circumstances block lessons can be paused if needed, i.e broken limbs, or longterm illness
• Please arrive on time for your lessons, although you will always be allowed to swim, it will save any disruption to the rest of the class
• If theres any teacher illness, we will do our best to find cover, if we cant find any, a make up lesson will be offered, or added to the end of the block. No refund can be offered.
• We will only cancel lessons due to bad weather for safety reasons, or if Gable Leisure deem the pool driveway/carpark/footways too unsafe to use. We will give as much pre warning of cancelled lessons as possible. Make up lessons will be offered at the end of the current block, but refunds wont be given.

Car parking (Gable Farm)

• There are 8 bay parking spaces, please park within the marked bays. At busy periods, we are permitted to park up the driveway, but please be courteous to other users and traffic. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS, we are using someones home!
• Please be aware you are using the carpark at your own risk, Aqua Bubble Swim School LTD or Gable Leisure, accept no responsibility for loss or damage to property

Eligibility to swim

• If you are thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs you wont be permitted to enter the water, and will be asked to leave the premises. If this behaviour happens again, you will loose your space within the swim school and all future swim lessons will be declined & not refunded.
• Please do not swim if you currently have or have experienced in the last 48 hours, diarrhoea, vomiting, flu, or a cold, a cough, an eye/ear, or throat infection, or any other infectious condition.
• If you have any open wounds, please ensure these are covered with waterproof plasters or coverings before entering the water.
• All those needing nappies, need to also wear swim nappies
• If your child needs any medications whilst swimming, ie inhalers, we cannot administer these. ALL medications are to be given by, or taken with a parent/responsible adult. We also cannot accept any responsibility for any safekeeping of medication. 

Lessons

• Please move around the changing rooms/pool side/spectating area quietly if we have classes running. So we can maintain those concentration levels from our swimmers.
• Please stay inside the pool building whilst your swimmer is in the water, and let us know if you need to pop out to the car, so we know where you are in case of an emergency
• Please ensure your swimmer/s are appropriately dressed for swimming lessons, and have all the extras they may want with them. Ie goggle, ear bands, hats.
• We are only responsible for your swimmer whilst they’re in the water, for their 30minute lesson. Parents/responsible adult, are responsible for swimmers on poolside, changing rooms and spectating/entrance area.
• Parents/responsible adults are responsible taking their swimmer to use the toilet faculties

Parents/responsible adults’ rights

• Everyone has the right to make a complaint or raise a concern, if they feel anything needs addressing
• All complaints or any breaches of conduct will be dealt with by Hayley
• If a complaint needs to be raised, Hayley is contactable through Aqua Bubbles Swim School LTD website, Private messaging on social media platforms and the swim schools email address at, hayley@aquabubblesswim.co.uk only complaints in writing will be dealt with

Our school and teachers’ promise to you.

We as a swim school and individual teachers agree to the following:We will respect the dignity of everyone, and to treat everyone equally.We will adhere to Swim England’s code of Ethics.We will treat all swimmers and their parents fairly, regardless of gender, age, race, religion, or athletic potentialWe will always ensure all work & training are age and ability appropriate.We will always ensure all feedback to our swimmers will be in an appropriate manner.We will provide a safe and supervised environment within our limits, for our swimmers.We will also encourage our swimmers to respect, encourage and look after each other.We will treat ALL personal information in line GDPR guidelines, and will NEVER be shared with any 3rd parties without your consent.We will always endeavour to find cover for any staff illnesses, however, in the event of none being found, we have the right to cancel lessons UP TO 1 hour prior to a lesson, and offer a make up session. However, we cannot guarantee the same teacher for the make up lesson.All of our teachers are fully qualified through Swim England, or STA, and receive regular development training.All teachers are up to date with DBS checks

By signing up to lessons and enrolling into the swim school, you are agreeing to the following statement:I understand first block/month of lessons balance is due 2 weeks before first lesson start dates. This is to secure my space. I understand balance there after will be due 2 weeks before the end of the current block, so to secure my space onto the upcoming block of lessons. I understand when I stop swimming with Aqua Bubbles Swim School, I will have my last 2 weeks payment free, as I will always be 2 weeks ahead on payments. I understand if my payment fails, or I don’t communicate with Hayley, I will forfeit my space within the school.I understand if I decide part way through a block/month, to no longer swim, all money paid to date is NON REFUNDABLE.I understand if I/my child has any infectious illness, they wont be able to swim.I agree to all the above notes, in regards to medications, car parking, general housekeeping of Gable Leisure pool building, and I understand how the booking system works.I understand that if I have any issues I wish to raise, I need to speak with Hayley, or my child’s teacher, or I can email/phone Hayley.
